Our annual Stewardship campaign supports all the ministries of St. Mark’s Cathedral including worship, education, outreach and fellowship. We provide opportunities for all parishioners to engage and connect. Please consider making your own pledge today to help support these opportunities. It’s easy to do online or via Realm by clicking the links below. Or, you may call the office for any questions you may have. Thank you for your generosity.

Stock

Appreciated stocks owned for more than one year can be donated to St. Mark’s Cathedral Church and may be deducted for income tax purposes at full fair market value on the date of the transfer, with no significant capital gain tax liability. If the stock is in a brokerage or bank trust account, instruct your stock broker/banker to have the stock electronically transferred to St. Mark’s account.

Planned Gifts

What is a Planned Gift?

A planned gift is one that is legally completed during the donor’s lifetime but whose principal benefits most often do not accrue to St. Mark’s until some future date – usually after the death of the donor. Most often, planned gifts are earmarked for the general endowment or a specific endowed church program – using a portion of the earnings each year to support that effort, in perpetuity. It is your legacy to your church.

How can I make a Planned Gift?

Contact your attorney or financial advisor to discern what form of planned gift is best for you and complies with St. Mark’s Gift Acceptance Policy. Also, it is important to note that state, federal and estate tax laws can change at any time.
