Ashley is a native of Bossier City, and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and her Masters of Physical Education and Pedagogy from University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. She has nearly twenty combined years of teaching experience in Louisiana and Colorado, and joined the St. Mark’s family in the Fall of 2014.
As Director of Children’s Formation for St. Mark’s Parish Family Ministries, Ashley oversees all programming and activities for children from pre-school through the 5 grade. She will be the primary coordinator for Christian Formation Classes, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, Children’s Cathedral, CIA, Communion Celebration and VBS. She is also the contact person for Baptisms along with working with the Guild of the Christ Child.
Ashley is married to Robert Jackson, also of Bossier City. They are residents of Shreveport, along with their daughters Abigail and Kathryn.
Canterbury House Supervisor
Jennifer organizes all parish events at the church like Rally Day and the Pentecost Picnic. She also coordinates outreach ministries to move us all toward better discipleship. Additionally, she is the contact person for the Cooking Crew ministry.

Jennifer has been a parishioner since 1997 (in between military absences from 2001-2005). She is married to Rick Beruvides and has 2 children, Adriana and Steven who attended St. Mark’s Cathedral School. Within the church she is also teaches Prime Time, Communion Celebration, and is a board member of the Episcopal Church Women.
