Time
Our Sunday Services start at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and we have services throughout the week.
Location
The church building is at the corner of Kings Highway and Fairfield Avenue.
Parking
There are two main lots. The largest lot is on the south side of the church next to Kings Highway. On the north side is a smaller lot in front of St. Mark’s Cathedral School. Both parking lots are accessed from Fairfield Avenue.
When our lots are full, some find it convenient to park on Thornhill directly behind the church or in the business lots on the other side of Fairfield.
Entering the Church
Very few people take the long stairs at the front of the church and come in through the front door.
There is a clearly visible portico with a side entrance from the south lot next to Kings Highway. If you park in the school lot, you will see another side entrance. Either entrance takes you into the church.
Welcome Table
A table with Greeters is located just inside the church at the south entrance. Please drop by and let us help you feel at home and answer any questions you may have.
The Worship Service
Ushers hand out a worship bulletin at the back of the church.
The worship bulletin has everything you need to follow the service except for the hymns. The bulletin gives you the hymn numbers and you can find those hymns in the blue hymnal in the pew rack.
Our service is the Holy Eucharist. All baptized persons are encouraged to receive Communion.
Children during Worship
We have a Nursery with separate sections dedicated to infants and toddlers who are not potty trained.
Once toddlers are potty trained they may attend Children’s Chapel in the Ministry Center.
Children in grades 1-3 attend the beginning of service and may leave for Prime Time for Kids during the hymn before the Gospel. They return during the passing of the peace.
We have a very active children’s ministry. The bottom line: we love kids at St. Mark’s!
Restrooms
Restrooms are conveniently located in the back of the church.
