Our Choral Evensong series - a part of The Great Masterpiece Series, continues this Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm. We highlight the ministry and music of one of the greatest Anglican musicians and composers, Canadian HEALEY WILLAN (1180-1968.) Willan’s anthems and service music have always been an integral part of St. Mark’s Choir repertoire. At this service, we look forward to hearing his fauxbourdon setting of the Evening Canticles, the evening Anthem “Before the ending of the day,” and the beautiful a cappella setting of “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men.” Mark your calendars, bring a friend and join us for this afternoon service.
