Wow! Can you believe it is already June? School has ended. Our summer programs are about to kick off. And summer camps are right around the corner.
Many of us are going in many different directions.
Well, I feel that this is the time to thank all of those people who have helped with the youth program transition, and its formation into a new and amazing program.
We at St. Mark’s are blessed to have so many people who have stepped up to support the new direction that the youth program is going.
What this program is not, is a one man show. I can’t accomplish anything without all of you who have stepped up to help me.
So thank you.
Thank you to an amazing Cathedral staff who keep everything running smoothly.
Thank you to all those who worked hard to make sure that there were events planned for the youth during this year’s transitional period.
Thank you to all the parents who have helped as drivers, chaperones, Sunday school teachers, supplies suppliers, and brought your children.
Thank you to all those without youth, both young and “older-young” who have also showed this program support.
Thank you to all the youth who have kept coming.
Thank you to the family of St. Mark’s for making me feel welcome and at home here in Shreveport.
Thank you.
