The Women’s Bible Study will begin reading the story of Joseph on December 13. Genesis chapters 37-50 narrate the life of Joseph, the first Israelite to experience slavery in Egypt, and his surprising rise to power. The Joseph cycle creates a bridge between the patriarchs of Genesis and the beginning of Exodus. As events unfold, Joseph’s story illustrates God’s ability to create salvation even out of envy, strife, and conflict. We meet Mondays at 11:00 am in Room 101 of the Ministry Center.
